Well I can finally sit down for a while! as comment on the blog I remember I promised Angie that would put another recetita with artichokes which are typical in my town and as you can see in this picture we have the denomination of origin.
Ingredients: 6
artichokes cut into small pieces 1 sepia
clean cut to pieces 100 gr of peeled frozen shrimp
a handful of pine nuts tomatoes in hanging
2
2
toast bread 2 cloves garlic 1 sprig of parsley
a splash of oil
a little white wine salt
First fry a little sepia with a splash of oil when it we have a few turns add the minced (pine nuts, 2 slices, 2 cloves of garlic and parsley), then the two grated tomatoes and fry well, now incorporate artichokes and shrimp add salt because the artichoke is very sweet and the stream of wine .... there you go giving little trip to see the sepia is made and if you want or need to add salt to taste.
