Well as I promised continued here ........ now I leave this delicious "arrosito" lobster I cook Sunday to celebrate the feast of San Antonio very popular in my town ....
Serves 4 Ingredients: 2 lobsters
3 cloves fresh garlic 3 tomatoes
madurito of those crashes (they are the ones I usually use to make stir-fry) 1 piece
1 red pepper olive oil spray
4 cups brown rice (as each one has I use a cup of coffee)
10 cups water (always twice that of rice to entourage but I put out two more steps because I wanted to leave the lobsters a while longer boiling)
First cut the lobster in half, and the paella had placed before the oil when the oil is hot we lay the lobsters and brown them a bit until it happens to bend like shrimp ... the reserve in a bowl and prepare the same oil in the sauce common with tomatoes, garlic and pepper, the sauce when we take the rice and fry well ... now it's time to take the water when it starts to boil put a bit of saffron for color and lobsters ............ just need to wait a few minutes on 15 20 and the taste of each one if you want more or less ........ agarradito and now ta!
